Journeys shared | Indian migrant experiences explored

If you’ve migrated to Australia, you may be interested in a few stories from those who have experienced the same journey.

Roanna Gonsalve’s The Permanent Resident is a collection of 16 short stories of Indian migrants and their tales of settling into Australia and calling a new place home.

The stories explore the notion of cultural adjustment in a new country with humour, irony, satire and wit, with a great deal in the stories that will resonate with all readers who have migrated to Australia.
