TSS Visa will replace 457’s from Sunday 18 March 2018

The Government has today released legislation for the new Temporary Skills Shortage (TSS) Visa and confirmed the new program will commence from this Sunday 18 March 2018.

As a result, new applications for an employer-sponsored visa will need to be made under the TSS Visa program rather than the 457 scheme from Monday 19 March.
